Statement of Purpose I decided to study my Undergraduate Course in Accounting and Finance from UK because the quality of education in UK is renowned

worldwide. This would provide me opportunities to get the best education in Accounting and Finance. I will also get the experience to study and interact with large number of students from different nations. I am in the 12th standard and am currently taking my final exams in March 2011. I would like to under go my Bachelors degree from your University and pursue Graduate degree in Accounting and Finance. I hail from Delhi, India and have studied from infant to 12th in the most reputed school of the country D.P.S., R.K. Puram, where they inculcate the all round development of an individuals personality. I come from an educated family of professionals. My father is serving in a private organization in the capacity of Vice President, Marketing looking after domestic and international assignments. My mother is in the service sector, working for an NGO for the upliftment of underprivileged people. I am a blend of both grit and determination to excel in the global professional scenario along with the underlying qualities of serving humanitarian causes. Educated at one of the nations best school, I was exposed to diverse objects that expounded the myths and mysteries of life. It was the commerce subjects that titillate me the most with the very first acquaintance. I think I will be able to gel in the diverse society of the United Kingdom as I easily adapt to people and I am a very dedicated learner and I have the ability to listen diligently to people as well as understand them. I am a multi-talented sportsman and am part of various teams, inside and outside of school, such as the local football and cricket teams. I speak three languages and am therefore multi-lingual. The languages that are known to me are English, Hindi, and Punjabi. I am certain that my chosen courses are right for me because not only is it something that inspired me from a very early age but it is something that I have relevant experience in. I enjoy commerce subject in school and would like to carry these on at University. I hope to enjoy the challenge, which is provided by UK universities, and I am confident that it will give me the best chance to prove myself and to achieve my potential. I believe that the knowledge I have gained is little and there is much more to learn and relearn. So with the knowledge I posses and desire to learn more, along with my leadership abilities, make graduate study a natural choice for me. I am sure that a Accounting and Finance courses in your university will definitely widen the horizons of my knowledge and help me attain bigger milestones in my career.
