I vividly remember that as a child, due to my external behaviors, I had a strong

inclination towards leadership. My parents recognized the power of my clear
imagination and believed in nurturing it. My leadership abilities encouraged me to
participate in group activities, creating the best memories of my childhood.

Throughout my educational journey, I consistently demonstrated dedication and

talent in various fields. As a high school student, I found myself drawn to
seemingly different paths: real estate and leadership. As I grew older, my passion
shifted towards civil engineering and real estate.

A strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking, along with

improving my leadership skills, has proven highly effective in both my
professional and personal life.

At the age of 17, I prepared for England, enrolling at EC English. During my

studies, I actively participated in collaborative projects, enhancing my practical
experience and deeper understanding of the English language and the UK.

I aspire, like all young men, to study and succeed in personal life in England.
Business is my desired field, as studying in Tehran is good, but I felt it did not
fulfill my inclination, as I aim for a good career position in my profession.

I chose the University of Hertfordshire due to its high-quality education system,

experienced faculty, and excellent facilities. After graduation, I plan to establish
my own company. Both the university and I believe that my dedication, talent, and
alignment with your esteemed institution will enable me to achieve my aspirations
and goals.
