Background
Idul Fitri 2023 (21-22 April) will come very soon. Two to three months before Idul Fitri, sales for Margarine & Shortening
usually grows significantly, due to many seasonal typical Lebaran dishes makers. They usually go to Ingredient Stores (Toko
Bahan Kue) to get the ingredients, and advice and recommendation from the stores are highly influential.
Objectives
• To maintain existing customers to use our products
• To gain new customers through product endorsement by the Sales in Store
• To monitor and report sales performance
• To monitor and report competitors activities
