Background & Objectives

Background
Idul Fitri 2023 (21-22 April) will come very soon. Two to three months before Idul Fitri, sales for Margarine & Shortening
usually grows significantly, due to many seasonal typical Lebaran dishes makers. They usually go to Ingredient Stores (Toko
Bahan Kue) to get the ingredients, and advice and recommendation from the stores are highly influential.

Objectives
• To maintain existing customers to use our products
• To gain new customers through product endorsement by the Sales in Store
• To monitor and report sales performance
• To monitor and report competitors activities

Scope of Work

• Define profile of the Sales Team 1. Filma Prestige

• Select, Train and Evaluate Sales Team performance 3. Filma Deep Frying Fat
• Create Monthly Report of the sales performance by SKU & 4. Filma BOS

• Report Competitor’s Activities 6. Palmboom Cake Margarine
• Manage and Monitor Sales Team (On Daily Basis) 7. Palmboom Margarine
• Create working time table for each Sales Person 8. Palmvita Margarine

Preparation
• Sales Team Uniform
• Sales Team Reporting papers/document
• Communication materials
• Procedure and Do’s & Don’ts for the sales team
• Prepare secondary plan if one of the sales team resign

Note:
PT Smart Sales team will set the sales target for each region
PT Smart Sales team will create the list of the stores & cities
Each city might have different sku target 3
