- Lead the team (8 ASM, 14 ASS, 6 TL, 126 SPG, 65 MD, 10 Distributors, 116 Salesman Distributors, and 60 Salesman

- Made an implementation strategy plan that is in line with the company’s business strategy.
- Monitored and analyzed the increase in sales productivity at the branches and distributors regularly to ensure the
achievement of the target.
- Monitored product stock in each branch periodically which was adjusted to market needs in each area according to
