1. I’d like to talk about an outdoor activity I really enjoy doing, swimming.

In my
opinion swimming is the perfect exercise to keep fit and relax. All I need is a
comfortable short and a pair of swimming goggles. I usually hit the pool near my
house in the afternoon with my friends. Sometimes they were left far behind me in
swimming races. Beside, swimming bring me the huge advantages. Since I took up
this activity my study productivity has increased significantly, which clearly
demonstrates its benefit as a great stress reduction method. Swimming also help me
improve my flexibility and stay away from diseases like cardiovascular or fever

2. I often play chess in my free times and I enjoy it more than any other indoor games.
Chess is a very exciting game and this two-player game requires a lot of attention. It
is played on a checkered board and the two players are trying hard to defeat each
other. There are 16 pieces on each side of the game for each of the player and the
most intelligent one wins the game after lots of mental efforts.This is the only game
that could be played at anywhere including both indoor and outdoor spaces. I usually
play chess with some of my friends who are interested in playing the chess and we
play really focus on the match. I always enjoy the game because it is a mind game and
requires lots of patience and intellects
3. I think I’ve managed to achieve quite a few of my personal goals over the course of
my life, but one achievement that took a lot of effort was swimming fast .At the
covid-19 time, I was a bit lazy, I spent most of the time playing video games,
watching TV and sleep for whole day . And after a while I noticed that I should be
health conscious. I told my father about it and he suggested the idea of swimming to
get back in shape. I training a lot to swim faster and having muscle tension a lot too. I
