1 All Manufacturer’s requirements complied with   
2 Pump Base Frame bolts in place/ Grouting complete   
3 Installation checked against Drawings   
4 All debris and waste material removed   
5 Initial fill of lubricant to pump housing bath complete/checked.   
6 Initial fill of Hydraulic Oil to pump chamber complete/checked and air   
exhausted out
7 Bearings where grease nipples fitted (Motor/Shaft/Barrel) have 2 full pumps   
with grease gun
8 Grease Packed Bearing Initial fill checked   
9 No visible oil leaks   
10 Ensure no load is transmitted to pump from discharge and suction piping   
11 Manually rotated pump to ensure plunger moves forwards and backwards   
12 Suction and Discharge Pipes installed correctly, right gaskets in place and all   
bolts tight.
13 Isolation Valve on suction line installed correctly, right gaskets in place and   
all bolts tight
14 MIBC Dosing pumps ensure have explosive proof motors installed (YB2   
Series)
15 All Safety Guards Installed and checked for pinch points   
16 All safety signage installed   
17 Punch list Completed   
