We’ve heard your feedback and understand how important affordable benefits are for you and your family. As in
2021, there will be no increases to payroll contributions for full-time employees to enroll yourself and your
dependents in GE medical, dental and vision benefits in 2022.
Medical Options 1 and 2 will have reduced annual deductibles and lower out-of-pocket maximums. You will also
see a lower HRA credit compared to 2021. Select the applicable “2022 Contributions” sheet below to obtain
annual deductible, co-insurance maximum and HRA credit for each option.
There will be no changes to dental and visions plans.
There will be no changes to Tobacco User Contributions.
Working Person contributions amounts will not increase.
Non-emergent ER visits: if the claims administrator determines that your condition does not qualify as an
emergency, services will be covered at 50% (60% in 2021), after deductible.
The Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution limit will increase to $3,650 (One Person coverage) or $7,300 (Two
Person or Three or More coverage).
