Sky City with

 Conservation of land

This is a sky city over agricultural land with

enough space for forest and urban
development. The sky city is divided into
planned areas, including airports, business
center, industrial areas, museum zones,
rotating solar panel etc.
The land below the sky city has adequate
space for farmlands and gardens.
It is a balance between greenery and
technology. Sky city is basic idea to
conserve the land below. Every building
will have a solar system and rainwater
harvesting system. The rainwater saved by
building can be supplied below in farming
through process of irrigation or water
supply. The model high heighlights the
problems like increase in cost of living,
pollution etc.
