Since this pandemic started, it brings us so much restriction in our day to day life.

Lots of lives change,

how we shop in our daily supply also change as well. Many people avoid going to public places for the
fear of having to interact with others. However, they must go out to purchase their daily necessities.
That’s why I planned to put up a supermarket in the future that is innovative enough for those people who
are terrified to purchase their needs especially food supply during this crisis.

Supermarket is a large retail store operated on a self-service basis, selling groceries, fresh produce, meat,
bakery and dairy products, and sometimes an assortment of nonfood goods. They similarly sell important
kitchen utensils, disposable items, cleaning materials, candy, alcohol, soft drinks, and self-care items.
Today’s grocery stores are great resources for many products, making them important local resources.

Drive-Thru Supermarket/kiosk- Supermarket application

Consumers who are hesitant to connect with the public will be able to go to the market with
confidence as a result of this invention. This will put them in a calmer mood because they will
have less physical interaction with people.
Benefits:

 This drive-thru will be convenient for the customers. Aside from having no worries, it
will be easier for the customers since they will just download the app or order in the
kiosk, choose desired product and just wait in the counter to get and pay for the products.
 It will increase capacity. It helps to serve more people than could fit in their dining
rooms at any given time. This factor is incredibly important during the pandemic.
 Drive-thru ordering system is pandemic friendly. It will be perfectly design for this
kind of crisis. Because drive-thrus typically use a two-way microphone ordering system,
they save face-to-face contact for only the payment and pick up part of the transaction.
With both staff and customers wearing masks and being able to close windows between
necessary interaction points, contact is kept to a minimum with a drive-thru.
