Citizen of legal age, married to EMILY TUMBAGA-AGRAAN with residence at 826A-
Mokauea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii with Postal Code 96819 after being duly sworn to
an oath in accordance with the law, do hereby appoint, name and constitute my
grandson, JON ERIKO LOUIS ARELLANO, likewise both of legal age, Filipino,
