Today, I will talk about my favorite dish.

I’m a food lover so it’s very hard to pick one


favorite. But if I have to choose, it’d be Pho. I’m a big fan of pho, I can eat it every
morning without feding up.
Pho is a nutrious product so it’s of course to be a main meal and breakfast. It’s known
as the most famous Vietnamese noodle soup. Now, I’ll talk briefly about a little things
to make an exquisite pho.
Firstly, I cannot forget to mention the broth which is a long-simmered affair,
combining chicken or beef bones (or both!) with aromatics like onions and ginger to
make a deeply rich, deeply savory broth. And when you eat pho with appetizing
broth, it can be the result of a process that takes hours to sometimes days.
Secondly, that is the quality of the beef. The soft meat of the lean or the sirloin
combines with the chewy rare beef and the crunchy beef tendon . All of them wil be
putted on the top. That is a wonderful fusion cuisine.
Thirdly, the combination of additives and ingredients; for instance, the star anise, the
cloves, the cinnamon sticks, the corianders, the fish sauce, and so on,...
So that’s all the reason why I really love pho. One bowl of pho in the morning, I’m
sure it will make your mood improve to prepare for an energetic day. Let’s try it and
