Vietnam is know as a country with a diverse cuisine. We can name dishes such as
Banh Mi, Bun Bo, Bun Cha,etc. There are many delicious dishes but Pho is my
favorite dish. This dish originated in the north of Vietnam. For this dish to taste
good, it needs good ingredients. This dish made of rice noodles, broth and beef. In
addition, it is also severed with bean sprouts, green onion, herbs, coriander, basil,
etc. This dish will be enhanced when we mix them. It is usually eaten in the
morning. On cold days, when you eat it, the body will warm up. The taste of my
favorite dish is mild sweet and highly seasoned. I love this dish because it is an
extremely delicious, nutritious food that gives my body energy. A bowl of Pho can
make my breakfast amazing. Although Pho is a simple dish, it also gives us a
quality dish. When coming to Vietnam, visitors must try Pho once because it is a
traditional dish of the Vietnamese nation. Many famous Pho restaurants from
North to South with long tradition such as Pho Thin, Pho Dau, Pho Ly Quoc Su,etc.
Although Pho has been many decades, it still retains its distinctive flavor. It is truly
a symbol of Vietnamese culinary culture. I have a special affection for this dish. I
