“Phở” or Beef noodle soup is an important typical daily dish of Vietnamese

people. The main ingredients of beef noodle soup include broth, noodle soup
and thinly sliced beef. Beef noodle soup is also garnished with bean sprouts,
basil, anise, scallions, white onions and coriander. Many people like to add
some chili sauce, raw chili, vinegar or lemon to this dish. Beef noodle soup is
best when served hot. Because of its delicious taste, this wonderful dish is
loved by people all over Vietnam. Originating from Northern Vietnam, beef
noodle soup has become extremely popular in the South. After the Vietnam
War, some Vietnamese refugees brought this dish to many other countries.
Since then, Pho Bo is popular all over the world. Pho Bo can be eaten at any
time of the day, at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pho has affirmed its position not
only in Vietnamese cuisine but also in world cuisine.
