To be honest, I have a knack for cooking, but I don’t consider myself as a food-
lover. When I’m down in the dumps, I usually try out new recipes such as Phở or
sweet soup which is ubiquitous in VietNam. I mean It provides me nutrition and
energy to boost my mood after a hetic day. Having said that I have immense
passion for eating Phở. It does wonder for my personal development. The origin of
Vietnamese Beef Noodle originated in northern Vietnam in the early 20th century
and then became popular in Vietnam and many parts of the world after the
Vietnam War. Phở consists of rice noodles, sliced beef, broth made from beef
bones and onions. I mean, it does not contain additives and toxic chemicals. More
especially, it has a delicate taste and smells so good that I can’t resist it whenever I
go past. Phở is also nutritious enough to be a typical breakfast in Vietnam.
