Position
Job Title Assistant to COO Part-time (4hrs/ day)

Experience
Location Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh City (preferably economics
required
undergraduates, aged 19-22)

Roles and Responsibilities

● Arrange, set up and take note of BOD meetings/ COO’s external meetings.
● Assist COO in developing the FLI App (no technical knowledge required).
● Assist COO in developing training, coaching and mentoring materials.
● Conduct qualitative research on a large scale of business leaders, startup
C-level executives.
● Design (on Canva or Google Slides) proposals and presentation visual aids

Qualifications and education requirement

● Prior experience in university extracurricular activities is preferred
● Great communication and presentation skills
● Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams
● Result-oriented, Solution-oriented mindset
● Fluent in English
● Dedication and commitment of at least 6 months
