OBJECTIVE

i. Make ourselves familiar with the machining system.

ii. Apply machining practice and enhance it skilfully.

iii. To calculate the machining parameters effectively.

CONCLUSION
To conclude, this milling machining process technically is based on and the idea from

the traditional milling process. From this, the skill that needs to master this machining

process can be claimed by applying machining practice during the workshop time.

Besides, this also can be the bonus for the experience to the students. Furthermore,

through milling machining process the knowledge to calculate the machining parameters

can be achieved and its calculation is also accurate.

OBJECTIVE

i. To perform the cylindrical work.

ii. To remove material from outside of the product by rotating the work against a

cutting tool.

iii. To get the machining process experiences.

CONCLUSION

Lathe machining process specifically for rotating workpiece. This machining process include

the cylindrical material to create the cylindrical product and it is different from the milling

machining process that use the cubic or rectangular material for the creation of the product.

From this lathe machining process, it is performing the process by removing material from

outside of the product by rotating the work against the cutting tool. In addition, the student

will get experience from this machining process not only to produce cylindrical work but also

improve skill that need to apply to the other machining process like drilling, grinding,

threading, milling etc.
