INTRODUCTION
Online learning is somehow fun for us. Ever
since the pandemic happened, schools are forced to
shut down during the lockdown period and the
transition of students and teachers to online
teaching-learning. I partially agree with the
statement is online learning better than face-to-face
learning. The pros of online learning is accessibility
of place and time while the cons are inability to
focus on screens and has a technology issues.

Paragraph 1
Firstly, accessibility of place and time. It allows
student to attend classes from any location of their
choice. For example, the teacher and students can
set their own learning pace and set a schedule that
fits everyone’s agenda. In addiction, online lectures
can be recorded, archived and shared into the class
for future purpose. So, online learning offers students
the accessibility of time and place in education.

Paragraph 2
Secondly, one of the cons of online learning is
inability to focus on screens. Students happen to be
struggle with focusing on the screen for a long periods.
For example, student can be easily distracted by social
media or other sites since the environment is
completely different than the one that we always face.
Moreover, it can lead to all sorts of physical ailments
like poor posture and headache. Hence, the teacher
have to keep their online classes fun and entertaining to
help students stay focused on the lesson.

Paragraph 3
Lastly, is having a technology issue. Many
students are not provided with a Wi-fi connection and
as a result they failed to catch up with their virtual
classmates. For example, some student have to make
sure that the internet connection is secure and stable
to join the online classes. On top of that, there’s also
some student who don’t have a handphone, laptop or
tablet to join the online classes. Thus, without a stable
internet connection, there can be a lack of continuity
in online learning for the students.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, I partially agree that online
learning is better than face-to-face learning. There is
a pros of online learning which is accessibility of

place and time while the cons are inability to focus
on screens and has a technology issues. Most
students find online learning boring and lacking the
motivation but somehow it will keep you safe from
the pandemic. Moreover, we should take advantage
of both online as well as offline classes.
