Information and communication technology (ICT) is becoming more accessible and influential
around the world (Syed Noor-Ul-Amin, 2013). As a result, most countries see ICT as a means to
improve educational standards. ICT is increasingly being used to help teachers teach students. It has
enabled the use of technology-based and technology-mediated learning resources. It can make use
of the dissemination of information about scarce educational resources to increase their availability
or reach. Teachers no longer use blackboards in the classroom to teach. These days the conventional
blackboard teaching is becoming rare thanks to introduction of technology. On the one hand,
teachers use technology to make class more interesting by providing practical insights. Students, on
the other hand, use it to gain in-depth knowledge of a subject of interest. However, the
infrastructure and availability of internet remains a very valid concern for developing countries.

2. Flexibility is a critical component of e-Learning satisfaction (Pei-Chen Sun et.al, 2006). The most
significant benefit of online education is the flexibility with which students can suit their demands.
Continuous system review will result in better operational settings, increasing student satisfaction
with e-Learning. According to this study, anxiety among students reduces their contentment. E-
learning will be more engaging if students gain confidence in utilising computers. Finally, this
research discovered that teachers' attitudes about e-Learning have a favourable impact on student
satisfaction. Instructors who are committed to e-Learning and have active and good attitudes will be
viewed as enthusiastic, which will further motivate pupils.

3. Students believe that e-learning should be simple to use and contain important features, be well
structured in terms of layout and navigation, which is why system and service quality contribute
more in e-learning systems (Gaurav Chopra et al., 2019). Second, the quality of the information is
crucial. Because it is a one-way channel of communication, students may believe that the
information given on the website is not particularly beneficial. The researcher also discovered that
the three aspects of an e-learning system (system quality, service quality, and information quality)
lead to user satisfaction and net benefits. Students are pleased with e-learning websites and intend
to utilise them again in the future. They also found it advantageous because it aids in their
professional development and makes them more employable.
