The whats of IoT

What is the Internet of Things?

The Internet of Things, whics is commonly abbreviated as IoT, refers to the
connection of devices (other than typical fare such as computers and smartphones) to
the Internet. Cars, kitchen appliances, and even heart monitors can all be connected
through the IoT and as the Internet of Things grows in the next few years, more devices
will join that list.

What is an Internet of Things Device?

Any stand-alone internet-connected device that can be monitored and/or
controlled from a remote location is considered an IoT device. With more smaller, more
powerful chips, almost all products can be an Internet of Things devices.

What is the Internet of Things ecosystem?

All the components that enable businesses, governments, and consumers to
connect to their IoT devices, including remotes, dashboards, networks, gateaway,
analytics, data storage, and security is part of the Internet of Things ecosystem.

IoT Predictions
That more than 24 billion IoT devices will be yielded on earth by 2020 is the
target of BI Intelligence, business insider’s premium research service to attain. That’s
approximately four devices for every human being on the planet.

Then, as we approach that point $6 billion will flow into IoT solutions, including
application development, device hardware, system integration, data storage, security,
and connectivity. However, that will be money well spent as those investments will
generate $13 trillion by 2025.

Paragraf (Paraphrase)

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the term used to describe the conneting of objects
to the Internet that isn’t traditional computers or smartphones. The Internet of Things
can link cars, kitchen appliances, and even heart monitors, and as the Internet of Things
expands in the next years, more items will join that list. An IoT device is a standalone
internet-connected gadget that may be monitored and operated from a remote location.
Almost every product may become an Internet of Things device as processors get
smaller and more powerful. The Internet of Things ecosytem includes all of the
components that allow organizations, governments, and consumers to connect to their
IoT devices, such as remotes, dashboards, networks, gateaway, analytics, data storage,
and security. By 2020, BI Intelligence, business insider’s premium research service,
hopes to have produced more than 24 billion IoT devices across the planet. That works
out to about four gadgets per person on the world. As wet get closer to that point $6
billion will be invested in IoT solutions, such as application development, hardware
device, system integration, data storage, security, and networking. However, those
investments will create $13 trillionn by 2025, so it will be money will spent.
Renewable Energy in Indonesia

Mindmap Description
Develop a topic sentence. Coal, oil, and natural gas are now the primary sources of
energy in Indonesia. Fossil fuels are non-renewable,
which means they rely on finite resources that will
ultimatelu deplete, making recovery prohibitively
expensive or detrimental to the environment. Renewable
energy sources, such as wind and solar energy, on the
other hand, are continuously supplied and will never run
out.
Supporting sentence 1 The sun provides the majority of renewable energy, either
directly or indirectly. Solar energy or sunlight may be
utilized directly to heat and light houses and other
structures as well as to generate electricity, hot water
heating, solar cooling, and a range of commercial and
industrial applications. The sun’s heat also propels the
winds, which are harnessed by wind turbines, water
evaporates as a result of the wind and the sun’s heat.
Hydroelectric power may be collected when this water
vapor condenses into rain or snow and falls downhill into
rivers or streams. Plants grow in the presence of sunlight,
as wll as rain and snow. Biomass is the organic stuff that
makes up those plants. Biomass may be utilized to
generate energy, fuels for transportation, and chemicals.
Bioenergy is the utilization of biomass for any of these
objectives.
Supporting sentence 2 In addition to water, hydrogen may be found in a variety
of chemical molecules. It is the most plentiful element on
the planet. However, it does not exist as a gas in nature.
To produce water, it is always mixed with additional
elements, such as oxygen. Hydrogen may be used as a
fuel or turned into energy once it has been isolated from
another element.
The sun isn’t the only source of renewable energy.
Geothermal energy harnesses the Earth’s natural heat for
a number of applications, including electric power
generation and building heating and cooling. The
gravitational pull of the moon and sun on the earth
provides the energy for the ocean’s tides.
Supporting sentence 3 Ocean energy is derived from a variety of sources. The
energy of the ocean’s waves, which is driven by both the
tides and the winds, is in addition to tidal energy. The sun
alson heats the ocean’s surface more than the depths,
resulting in a temperature differential that may be
exploited as a source of energy. All of these ocean energy
sources can be used to generate power. It has been
demonstrated that the usage of non-renewable energy
sources has caused more environmental harm than any
other humat activity during the last century. The use of
fossil fuels such as coal and crude oil to create electricity
has resulted in high levels of hazardous gases in the
environment. As a result, many current issues, such as
ozone depletion and global warming, have arisen. Vehicle
pollution has also been a significant issue.
Conclusion As a result, alternative energy sources have become
incresingly significant and relevant in today’s society.
These sources, such as the sun and wind are renewable
since they can never be depleted. They produce less
pollutants and are readily availavle in an area. Chemical,
radioactive, and thermal pollution can all be reduced to
some extent with their usage. They stand out as a
potential source of energy that is both pure and unlimited.
These are sometimes referred to as non-conventioal
energy sources. Although biomass, a renewable energy
source is a major polluter inside, most renewable energy
sources are mostly non-polluting and considered clean.
