INTRODUCTION :

“The Darkest Minds” was a science and fantasy fiction film, directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson that’s also the director of
the famous cartoon series Kung Fu Panda. It was adapted from the book written by Alexandra Bracken. The introduction
puts up a lot of questions in my mind, it intrigued me. There was already an existing problem, It’s a contagious disease
that was then called IAAN, that infects children.

BODY :

The movie started off as the young Ruby’s parents forget about her, it was all confusing since we didn’t know how the
problem started. She was then brought to a facility which is the Camp Thurmond, she was examined and seen that she is
an orange but then she manipulated the doctor’s mind and made it look like she’s a green, the smart ones. She lived and
escaped her death as a green, it kind of amazes me, to how much she survived everything alone. She escaped the camp
through the help of a doctor, at first I thought she’s bad, but ive seen how much shes eager to help Ruby fearing that
what happened to her friend might happen to Ruby. I was shocked when Ruby spotted a kid when she was changing
since it was said that there is no kid left in the city. She ran after the kid, I was frustrated at her at first but as I realized
what will happen next it enlightened me. She met 2 more kids along with the one she met at the gas station. She came
along with them and found out that they escaped the camp she was at.
