    Dear Sir Terence Hanley,

    I am contacting you in order to inform you about recent alterations we have made to the
    schedule of the Grand Opening. Since school organizers have made up their minds and planned
    programmes lasting one hour instead of half an hour, we are obliged to postpone the buffet
    back to 8.30. According to this, each event arranged is to be held half an hour sooner.
    Therefore, our Grand Opening is set for about 7PM with drinks and snacks. I sincerely hope such
    modifications are consonant with you. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
