Monday, Nov. 07

Arrival at Bologna, pick up and transfer to the hotel for the delegations from Argentina,
Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay,
Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and for the Media operators.

Tuesday, Nov. 08

08.45 a.m. - Transfer by bus to the “International Delegations Halls” connected to the
exhibition ground for the delegations from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada,
Chile, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican
Republic and Uruguay.

09:45 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Business delegates from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile,
Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican
Republic and Uruguay: B2B meetings with Italian companies.

01:00 – 02:00 p.m. All delegates: Lunch buffet offered by organizers.

06.30 p.m. Transfer back to hotels.

Media operators - Free morning in Bologna

04:30 p.m. Media operators: Transfer by bus from Starhotels Excelsior and Nh de la Gare
to “Sala Italia - Congress Palace” and participation at the EIMA press
conference. After Q&A session and buffet dinner.

08.00/08.30 p.m. Media operators: Transfer back to hotels.

other Countries.
Wednesday, Nov. 9

8.45 a.m. - Transfer by bus to the “International Delegations Halls” connected to the
exhibition ground

09:45 a.m. – 6:30 p.m: B2B meetings with Italian companies for the business delegates
from Australia, South Korea, Philippines, Japan, Jordan, India, Indonesia,
Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand and
Vietnam.
Same time – All other business delegates: Visit of EIMA and the Italian exhibitors
featured on the list included in the information kit.

All delegations: Lunch buffet offered by organizers.

06:30 p.m.: Transfer by bus from exhibition ground to “Fico Eataly World” for the Taste
Tour Experience (a guided tour) and “International Dinner” offered by
FederUnacoma.

After dinner transfer back to hotel.

Thursday, Nov. 10

8.45 a.m. Transfer by bus to the “International Delegations Halls” connected to the
exhibition ground

09:45 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.: B2B meetings with Italian companies for the business delegates
from Albania, Armenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Estonia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, United
Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

Same time – All other business delegates: Visit of EIMA and the Italian exhibitors
featured on the list included in the information kit.

All delegations: Lunch buffet offered by organizers.

6:30 p.m.: Return transfer to hotel.

Free evening in Bologna.

Friday, Nov. 11

Whole day: Transfer from hotel to airport, departure for the delegations from Argentina,
Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua,
Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and the Media operators.

All other business delegates

8.45 a.m. - Transfer by bus to the “International Delegations Halls” connected to the
exhibition ground

9:45 a.m. – 06:30 p.m.: Visit of EIMA and the Italian exhibitors featured on the list
included in the information kit.

All business delegations: Lunch buffet offered by organizers.

6:30 p.m. Return transfer to hotel.

Free evening in Bologna.

Saturday, Nov. 12

Business delegates: Transfer from hotels to airport, departure*.

*All transfers schedules will be communicated during the trade mission.
