Dear Parents,

In pursuance of the orders received from the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, dated 03 Jan, 2023, the school
will follow the schedule as mentioned below:

For Classes Pre-School to Class VIII

The classes will be conducted in online mode from 09 Jan, to 14 Jan, 2023.

Information regarding conduct of Weekly Test for Classes I to V will be shared through the Class
Broadcast Groups as well as through School website.

For Classes IX & XI

The classes will be held in the offline mode from at 09.30 a.m. to 02.20 p.m. from 09 Jan to 14
Jan, 2023. The school transport will ply 1 Hr, 40 Minutes later than usual timings in the morning.

THE SCHOOL WILL FOLLOW NORMAL SCHOOL ROUTINE W.E.F 16 JAN, 2023.

For Classes X & XII

Please note there will be no change in Pre-Board Examination scheduled for Classes X and XII.
Students will report to School at 09.30 a.m. There will be a pre examination revision class from
09.30 a.m. to 10.20 a.m. Students will move to the examination venue between 10.20 a.m. and
10.30 a.m. Exam commences at 10.30 a.m. and concludes at 01.45 p.m.

Dates between the two exams are to be treated as preparatory offs. Concerned teachers will be
conducting online doubt clearing sessions during preparatory offs from 09.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

Parents are requested to note that it is mandatory for students to appear for Pre Board-II
examination and attend regular revision schedules.
