CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,
Greetings!

This is to apprise that we are beginning the Term-I examination from 19th September 2022 onwards
for Classes VI to X. Kindly note the following points related to the same:

1. During Exam Days the timings for Classes VI to X has been changed. The revised timings
are 09:15 a.m.to 12:15 p.m.
2. Reporting Time will be 08:50 a.m. and Dispersal will be from 12:30 p.m. onwards.
3. Datasheet and Syllabus has been already shared on ERP.
4. The days between the Exam Days will be considered as Preparatory leave for the students.
5. Timings for Examination to be held on 17.09.2022, Saturday will be 08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
for classes VI to VIII. Reporting time will be 07:50 a.m. and Dispersal time will be 10:45 a.m.
for On footer/Van students and 11:30 a.m. for School Bus students.

Kindly adhere to the above-mentioned points for the smooth functioning of the exam.
