For firefighting equipment, UL/FM certification is very important.
UL Listed enclosures from RITTAL with IP55 rating are used for the
manufacturing of all Control Panels, which are FM approved. RITTAL is the
only well-known manufacturer of the control cabinets in the world.
If these equipment are located on outdoor, then the protection As such this is the standard design for all the projects, where Minimax
B 5 of 30 Control Panels with IP 55 rating are installed without any problem. Open
class shall be at least IP65.
Therefore, unfortunately it is not possible to provide Control Panels with
IP65 rating, to ensure FM approval is not affected.
6 Please find attached RITTAL Cabinet datasheet/catalogue for your kind
reference.
