Which methods should governments

use to increase the amount of

affordable housing in crisis?
1. More high-rise buildings
2. More subsidized housing
3. More small homes

Plan:
1. Introduction: the issue of housing is
complex and provokes debates.
2. More subsidized housing:
subsidized housing are meant for a
various number of people.
3. More small homes: small houses
assure for a lot of people the possibility
of buying a house.
4. Conclusion: small houses would be
more useful than subsidized housing.

The issue of housing is complex and

provokes debates, including at the
state and
even global level. The need for
universal access to housing, in a
society clearly affected by both social
inequities and marginalization,
exclusion and segregation, is to be
emphasized.

To begin with, subsidized housing are

necessary to be built because they are
meant especially for those who have
problems with the work place, do not
own a house already or live in an
improper house. Also, the elders can
be on this list too since they do not
have such a high revenue to pay all the
taxes and sometimes unfortune
occurs. It must be stated that the
number of all these people is sadly
rising all around the world.

Another method the government could

apply is building more small houses.
Small houses are advantageous
because they assure for a lot of people
with a small income the
possibility of buying a house. Those
people are in general young adults
who want to move on their own and
people with a medium level of
education. Additionally, as previously
mentioned, elders can be on this list
too based on the same reasoning, the
one of them not having enough money
as when they were working.

To conclude with, comparing the two

subjects previously talked about, I think
that the most helpful method would be
the one with the small houses because
it is easier to be put into practice since
not only will it take less time for the
houses to be built, but they will also
occupy less space making possible
more to be built. Also, the small houses
would be more affordable than the
subsidized ones.
