PSA RSSO XII Pre-Qualifying Exam and Competency Based Interview

for PhilSys Information Systems Analyst I
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) XII conducted Pre-Qualifying
Examination and Competency Based Interview (CBI) for Information
Systems Analyst I, Contract of Service Workers (COSWs) position for
PhilSys Operations.

OIC Regional Director Engr. Belinda R. Penuela, Chairperson of

Regional Office Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board
(RO-HRMPSB), spearheaded the conduct of Pre-Qualifying
Examination for RSSO XII examinees and CBI for RSSO XII and
Provincial Offices aspirants.

The Pre-Qualifying Examination was held at PSA RSSO XII Conference

Room in Cotabato City and its respective Provincial Offices
simultaneously on June 22, 2020. A total of 73 applicants took the
examination. Eleven (11) at RSSO XII, Twenty-Nine (29) at Sarangani,
Fifteen (15) at South Cotabato, Twelve (12) at Cotabato, and Six (6) at
Sultan Kudarat Province.

The Conduct of CBI for the RSSO XII aspirants was held at PSA
Conference Room with strict observance of Physical distancing on
Thursday morning of 25 June 2020, while the conduct of CBI for
Province was held at respective provincial offices virtually on the
following schedule, to wit;

June 24 AM Sarangani

PM South Cotabato

June 25 PM Cotabato Province

June 30 AM Sultan Kudarat

Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD) Chief

Sittimazuin M. Hofileña and secretariat of RO-HRMPSB were also
present to assist in the said activity.

Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) is the government’s central

identification platform for all citizen and resident aliens of the
Philippines. The Conduct of PhilSys registration is scheduled on the last
quarter of the year.
