Eastland Equity Bhd was incorporated as investment holding company in 1939

and based in Kuala Lumpur. The business activity of the company is hospitality
business, operated in leasing and financing, investment properties and property
development division. All activity will conduct in Malaysia and subsiadiary company
include project development in Kelantan, Renaissance Kota Bharu Hotel, and
shopping complex and condominium.

In addition, the township of project development was called Bandar Tasek

Raja.The subsidiary of Eastland Equity Bhd was called Eastern Biscuit Factory Sdn
Bhd has coorperation development project with Kelantan state government and Majlis
Daerah Pasir Mas. Bandar Tasek Raja is an high accessibility and new modern
business center in Kelantan. The objective of project development is construct the unit
depending the market demand and satisfiend the customer needed. Besides that,
another subsidiary company was Renaissance Kota Bharu Hotel. The hotel has
rename as The Grand Renai Hotel in December 2017 because of rebranding
initiative.The Grand Renai Hotel was at conveniently locations and provide
international facilities to their cusomers.This is because the objectie of the hotel is
meet their customer’s expectation and demand in order to give the customer excellent

History of Mi Equipment Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Mi Equipemnt Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 19 June

2019. Our company was a private limited company under the Act. In addition, the
company decide to acquire shares of equity interest in Mi Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd
and Mi International Pte Ltd respectively on 6 July 2017 and 2 August 2017. Both of
those company was acquisition by Mi Equipemnt Holdings Sdn Bhd and being
subsidiary company after completing the process of acquisition. A few days passed,
our company was changed the current company name and converted into a public
limited company on 23 August 2017. Subsequently, on 27 Dec 2018, the new
company name called as Mi Technovation Berhad.

Besides that,the major of business activity focus on investment holding such

as design, development, manufacture and sale of WLCSP sorting machines with
inspection and testing capabilities for the semiconductor industry.The development
engineering team has development our own machine depending on their capacity and
specific knowledge. Hence, our company has selling the components related to
machine and provide repair services for the customers. Our team had investigate a lot
of product through previous experience in order to enable the product fulfill the
requirement required by customers.

The purpose of the company was providing cost efficient solutions with
innovative and reliable products in order to help our customers solve the problems
successful. For examples, our company will through those methods to solve the
problems such as listening, design experience coupled with our process knowledge,
on-going product improvement, improvement of internal processes, new process

History Central Global Berhad

Central Global Berhad was incorporate in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia on

2018.The company was an investment holding company and manage the operation of
subsidiary companies such as Central Industrial Corp Berhad (CCIB), CIC
Construction Sdn. Bhd (CICC), Central Global Impact Pte. Ltd. (CGI) and CIC
Marketing Sdn. Bhd (CICM).

CCIB and is a manufacturer of produce masking tapes and sell of self-

adhesive label stocks and tradings. The major business consist of produce industrial
tape and label stock catering mainly for professional auto spray painting, packing,
advertising applications, general labelling and identification. The mission of the
company is provide the quality services and innovation things to their customer.
Hence,the company have able to make sure the development of the company and
stable profit. Besides that , the business activity of CGI also same with CCIB. Both
of company have produce the self-adhensive label stock in order to increase the
number of products.

In addition, CICC run the business about contractor of building and

infrastructure and trading of building materials. This company was providing other
customer’s company the material of the building and give some suggestion about
structure the whole building for fulfill the satisfication of customers. Last but not
least, CICM was an company that sell self-adhesive label stock and holding 51%
interest in Proventus Bina Sdn. Bhd (PBSB) which is contractor of building. CICM
imports related products to CICB’s existing range and provide convenience as a one-
stop supply center to our customers.
