    The 527th Department of Air Science and Tactics located at Eastern Visayas
    State University Main Campus, Tacloban City, under the supervision of LTC JOSHUA
    R. LEONES PAF (GSC) as the Commandant received a Training Directive Nr 01-20
    AFRC on 13 May 2020 directing them to conduct Basic Citizen Military Training
    (BCMT) for a period of 30 Sundays. But the said Department lacks personnel who will
    act as training staff to implement the said training.
