Accomplishment Report

I. Rationale

In line with the Republic Act No. 10533 or the Enhanced

Basic Education Act of 2013 and policies for continuing
Development Strategies for the improvement of teachers, this LAC
session conducts a lecture in Research Pedagogy for continuing
professional development of teachers on conducting research that
will enhance the competencies of teachers for lifelong teaching and
learning.

The primary purpose of educational research is to expand

the existing body of knowledge by providing solutions to different
problems in pedagogy while improving teaching and learning
practices. Educational researchers also seek answers to questions
bothering on learner motivation, development, and classroom
management.

Teachers are encouraged to perform their functions

effectively and efficiently. This becomes imperative for them to
