Continue to interview some teachers. Ask the teachers the following

1. What are the types of assessment tools used in your class?

Assessment tools aid in assessing and evaluating student learning and can provide
different options to assess students beyond the traditional exam. Several tools are
available including grading rubrics , Canvas Assignments , plagiarism detection, self-
assessment, and peer assessment, surveys, and classroom polling.

2. How do you use the result of the students' assessment?

Assessment results are important evidence on which to base requests for


funding, to make curriculum changes, rethink faculty lines, and more.
Disappointing (negative) assessment results can have a positive effect when
they are used to improve the learning process.

3. How can you use the result of the assessment to motivate students?

The process of classroom assessment can serve an important role in enhancing


student motivation and achievement. Teachers can help enhance student
performance by sharing clearly defined learning goals Through student
involvement in the assessment process, students learn to take responsibility for
their own learning.

4. How do you ensure the reliability and validity of the assessment tools used
in your classes?

Schools can take steps to ensure the validity of their assessment processes by:
Choosing assessments that have been developed robustly, and which provide
evidence concerning the properties of the assessment and guidance about the
tests' use.

1. How do teachers establish learning environments that are responsive to


community contexts?
Using students' cultural experiences in daily instruction. embracing native language and
students' families as assets. creating a classroom environment that represents and
respects all students. communicating clear high expectations for everyone.

2. How are the parents and the wider school community involved in the
education process?
Engaging parents and the wider community is an important area for many schools in
seeking to improve educational outcomes for children. In particular, involving parents
from disadvantaged families in the life of the school can have a positive impact on
children‟s educational outcomes.

3. How do teachers observe professional ethics in dealing with parents?


Above all, teachers must demonstrate integrity, impartiality and ethical behavior in the
classroom and in their conduct with parents and coworkers. Teachers must model
strong character traits, such as perseverance, honesty, respect, lawfulness, patience,
fairness, responsibility and unity.

4. What are the school policies and procedures that promote a healthy
relationship between school and the community?
Educational policies are rules that are intended to help schools teach students
efficiently, fairly and safely as per the regulatory norms, and the Board to which the
Institution is affiliated. These terms determine how students are taught, what they are
taught, how schools manage students and its personnel.

5. How does the Brigada Eskwela help in promoting good school and
community partnership?
Exerting effort hand in hand, the Brigada Eskwela is the present description of the
proverbial Bayanihan spirit where Filipinos values the importance of volunteerism in
achieving the common end. It is a venue for social and people empowerment through
displaying unity and active social involvement.

6. What are other activities in the school where parents and community
members can support?
Parents help with homework, community members assist with school events or make
decisions with teachers and principals about how to improve student achievement.
Some volunteer as a teacher's aide or chaperone a field trip or collaborate with
community groups to build support for a neighborhood school.
