Below are some key achievements that I believe are relevant to this position: - Introduced and implemented an all-new employee
salary deduction program to encourage corporate donations through employees. - Established and increased new partnership
agreements by 30% and maintained a current donor satisfaction level of 100%. - Developed and executed Al Aman Fund’s donor
recognition plan for maintaining relationships with existing donors and approaching potential donors. - Lead on major fully-
fledged media campaigns, including ATL, BTL, PR, and online awareness to increase donations by 20% over a course of 2 years.
- Developed the new Communications & PR Strategy for AAF - Fully re-structured and revamped Al Aman Fund’s website in
terms of both content & media material. - Operated main events including an inauguration event welcoming new beneficiary
students aboard, in the presence of her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah

My experiences to date include always acting with professionalism and integrity with donors, being able to work effectively as a
wider team, having a 'can-do' and persistent approach to all tasks, being able to communicate strongly with donors and also
planning and organizing my work effectively.

Promoting international peace and safeguarding the rights and well-being of refugees are objectives I want to be a part of. I aspire
to be an ambassador for hope and justice and I believe in strengthening the right partnerships with like-minded philanthropists to
achieve this objective and in turn the objective of UNHCR. I believe that leveraging the capacities of these partnerships beyond
funding, and building long-lasting holistic partnerships will bring various forms of support to UNHCR and will promote
advocacy, visibility, expertise, innovation, and public engagement.
