slowly whisk in ¾ cup whole milk
or half-and-half for every cup of
heavy cream in the recipe or see
more options for a heavy cream
substitute.
All Purpose Flour 1 cup + 2Tbsp cake flour, ¾ cup
whole wheat flour, 1 cup bread
flour.
Brown Sugar 1 cup white sugar OR 1 ¼ cups
confectioners’ sugar.
