C. ASSESSMENT PLAN
• Written Test: Self Check at the end of each activity will be done in order to check the required knowledge.
• Performance Test: Institutional Assessment with Oral Questioning in performing the task
• Oral questioning: The candidate for assessment will be asked 2-3 questions for further verification of the competency level.
D. TEACHER’S SELF-REFLECTION OF THE SESSION:
At the end of the session, evaluation will be done in order to determine if there is a need to improve or enhance the training delivery as well as trainer’s
capability. Also recommendation will be given to each trainees with regards to their performance as and result of the Institu tional assessment
