The given bar chart details the percentage of companies of different scales using social media sites to do

business from 1012 to 2016.

Overall, there were increases in the shares of all types of companies, with small businesses witnessing
the most dramatic rise. In addition, large business tended to use social media the most among 3
categories in question.

To start with, the percentage of media presence of small businesses started at 28%, after which it
experienced a significant rise to shy of 50% after 4 years, despite a drop of 5% to 30% between 2014 and
2015. The similar pattern can be seen in the figures for their medium counterparts, which rose from one
third in the beginning to just under a half in 2014.
