    Puti, Norala, South Cotabato and currently a scholar of Graduate Diploma in Cultural
    Education (GDCE) of National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Philippine
    Cultural Education Program (PCEP), at Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU).

    I am humbly asking for a permission and approval to gather data and conduct an interview
    on the Cultural Heritage of our Municipality as part of our requirement in our subject
    CulEd 206: Local Cultural Mapping. Rest assured that the gathered documents will only
