HEALTH PROBLEMS

Stress and fatigue can originate due to long working hours, traffic, as well as the daily

routine to which they are subjected between their educational and work activities. The cold is

due to the change of climate and poor nutrition of young people to take care of their health.

One of the most common ailments is back pain, caused by poor posture and sitting for a

long time. To solve it we should take active breaks, walk more, exercise, and not sit for a

long time, with this we will be able to avoid these discomforts. Nutrition is an important factor

in health, we should eat healthy foods and avoid junk food, having a varied diet will allow us

to have better health.

In conclusion, we must recognize that we are responsible for our health, we must as far as

possible get away from stress factors, doing physical activities every day is the best and

easiest way to prevent many health problems and the most important thing we have to learn

develop a positive attitude to face daily challenges
