Some people think a big salary is the most essential when choosing a job. I don't think so.

In
my opinion, job satisfaction is more important than a great salary.
Firstly, a good working environment will give you great motivation to work. If you work in an
unfriendly environment where people are always jealous of each other, do you want to get
up early to go to work and can be productive? Job gratification makes you better, gives you
many opportunities, and therefore leads to career growth. This is a reason that many people
give up a job that has a high salary for a pleasant job. Toc Tien decided to leave the
prestigious Hanoi Medical University to go to America to fulfill her dream of being a singer.
Now, she has succeeded and has become a very famous singer in Viet Nam.
Secondly, I strongly trust that job satisfaction will give you much time for yourself and your
relationship. When you do a job that has a huge salary, you have to do a lot of work and
work for long hours. This makes you not have time to take care of your health and connect
with people who are around you, especially your family. Even though you are paid better,
you have to endure a lot of pressure, you will never feel happy or comfortable enjoying your
life with the money you earn.
For all the aforementioned reasons, I am definitely of the opinion that job satisfaction is more
significant than a high salary because it makes you joyful and comfortable.
