Library and Clinic Matters

The Library/Clinic in-charge will conduct the proposed programs below:

 Library Resources Orientation: World Book Online (requested from Dr. Solon)
There will be a Library orientation about the World Book Online and it will be presented
on March 26, 2022 during PTA meeting.

The objective of the orientation is to acquaint the students and teachers about the
World Book online wherein it caters to the varied learning modalities and also to help
the students enhance their reading and research skills using interactive resources.

Recommendations:
 To be used as a reference for the March and April Library Readings.
a. Library:
 There is 1 computer unit in the library for internet connection for the e-books (free and bought
online).
 Students’ Library readings: e-books and books
To utilize the books in the library specially the received books donated by Ms. Jeannette
Tunacao (1st teacher) and her principal in Christian Academy of Laurel, Maryland, there will be
Curbside pickup service/Book drop service wherein it involves the placing an order/request
online and then going to school to pick up the books.
 Re-arrangement of the Library
The Library in-charge done segregating the books based on its copyright. Some of the old books
being segregated were also used and donated it during the Outreach Program last December.
The in-charge started already the arrangement in the library.
 Purchase the books

-Invite a license Librarian


-Designate a teacher for the Library Services

 Physical and Mental Health Awareness


There will be a Physical and Mental Health Awareness Talk for the students. It will be
presented as well on March 26, 2022 during PTA meeting.

The objective of this program is to educate and inform the students about the need to
take precautions and ways to live healthily; raise awareness about the mental health
continuum, and promote help-seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices .

a. Medical and Dental Health Check-up (online consultation only- if needed) starting
December 2021

Persons involve: Clinic In-charge, on call ASA Doctor and Dentist (Dr. Florenda Bacon and Dr. Leila
Cortes), Nurse parents (Mme. Nuñez and Mme. Faelden)

5. Damaged books and all losses should be paid for based on the current rate plus a
processing fee of Php 50.00 and an accrued fine.
