    The above matter and original Lease Agreement (the agreement) refers.

    Referring to the original Lease Agreement XXXXX (the Lessor) and XXXXX (the Lessee) dated 1 st January
    2019, we hereby informed you the rental fee for year 2023 is as follows:

    Lease Period : 1st January 2023 until 31st December 2025.


    Lease Amount : RM 7,000 per month.

    All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged as per the original Lease Agreement.

    We would appreciate if you could kindly sign this letter and returning the same to us to indicate your
    acceptance for the lease amount stated.
