HOTEL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This agreement is made effective as of March 29, 2023 by and between The Royal Luxury Hotel
and Mr. Alex Roman and Ms. Ashley Tayas. The Renter(s) represent that they desire to hold a special
event on July 18, 2023 in Aster Banquet Hall. The renter(s) agree to pay an initial non-refundable
deposit of 10% of the total fees.

This payment serves to hold the venue the specified date of event and is payable at the time of
contract signature. An additional payment of 40% of the total fee is expected 30 days prior to the event.
The remaining agreed upon event hall fees will be due one week prior to the date of the event rental. The
agreed upon date of payment will on June 20, 2023. Payments may be made via cash, certified check, or
credit card and are non-refundable after receipt.

BOOKING POLICY: MINIMUM OF 10% DOWNPAYMENT TO CONFIRM

CANCELLATION POLICY: non-refundable payment in case cancellation of booking rates are
inclusive of vat, service charge and applicable government tax. All prices may change without notice
prior to contract signing.
