Conversion of Metric System of Measure
Discussion
The teacher will introduce and discuss how to convert the metric
system of measure.
The teacher will introduce the Metric Converter use in converting
metric system of measure.
The teacher will present techniques on how to memorize the
sequence of units from the biggest unit to smallest.
The teacher will give more examples for the mastery of the students
of the concept.

and Talim Point National High School is 1.5 kilometers. If the
students from Tabon will walk to school because the service is not
available, how far will they walk in meters?
In converting smaller unit to bigger unit, divide the given by
corresponding powers of 10 while from bigger to smaller multiply the
given powers of 10.

Use the metric converter – in converting smaller unit to bigger unit
move to the right and if bigger to smaller unit move to the left.
