PURPOSE OF  Establish the core of the culture of sustainability by increasing the number of

BUSINESS NEED  There is a global tendency to supply and support countries with projects that
are interested in sustainability, and Yemen is unfortunately one of the few
countries that is still far from this interest, so one of us must take the first step.
GOALS / METRICS In technical terms the building endeavours to:
 Provide an example of good building practice.
 Achieve a sustainability rating certificate
 Showcase the use of renewable energy and sustainable practices
 Be a bespoke centre where materials, products and equipment for the building,
construction and building services industries are displayed.
In business terms, the project aims to:
 Provide a new source of revenue by attracting local residents, members of the
building, construction and building services professions, educational groups.
 Be a venue for courses, conferences and seminars.
 Attract 50,000 visitors in the first year, with about 4,300 a month during the summer
and then levels are predicted to rise to between 30-50,000 visitors annually after five
years.
 Hold programmes for schools and colleges.
 Provide educational activities.

EXPECTED Phase 1 :
DELIVERABLES  construction of the sustainability house (sustainability Association headquarter)
with all accessory facilities .
Phase 2 :
 Organizing regular and intensive training courses for project management
practitioners and relevant governmental sectors.
 Organizing regular Exhibitions, seminars, and festivals to foster the
sustainability concept.
 providing the consultations for sides and individuals interesting in achieving
sustainability goals while implementing their projects.
