cum training program

Profile:
Purpose of the job: Formulate and implement Sales & Distribution Plan for a defined
geography. Lead, motivate & drive team to achieve business objectives for the geography.

Key Responsibilities:

(i) Planning
a. Develop your geography’s plan for your category in alignment with the branch’s plan
and execute it with efficiency and within agreed budgets
b. Cascade plans to Area Executives and measure productivity across agreed
parameters
c. Continuously acquire knowledge / understanding of industry / market construct and
trade / consumer behaviour to enable development of effective plans, processes and
work practices
(ii) Execution
a. Lead a team to ensure achievement of sales objectives for the assigned territory
b. Track distributors’ effectiveness with regards to availability of funds and
achievement of deliverables.
c. Work on cost optimization to ensure adherence to budget
(iii) Systems & Processes
a. Ensure redressal of consumer complaints
b. Adherence to the code of conduct by the entire team
c. Conformation to all financial and administrative Systems & Process
d. Compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms

Compensation (Annual CTC): Rs.12.59 Lacs
