PROPOSED SOLUTION FOR RELOCATION AND UNIFI SERVICES FOR
SAPPHIRE DEVELOPMENT
Option 1 (
To relocate existing Temporary TM cable (near Bomba) to the original plan at
Jalan Batu Lintang and to provide Unifi Services. Cost is RM2.56Mill
Challenges: Way Leave issues, if unifi required cable route need to tap from Unifi infra
ready at Traffic Light in front Wisma Saberkas that will cost more.
Option 2
To use new road from cabinet TM office crossing Jalan Bt Lintang. Costing will be
RM1.86 Million (Relocate & Unifi Services)
Challenges: Way Leave issues, if unifi required cable route need to tap from Unifi infra
ready at Traffic Light in front Wisma Saberkas that will cost more.
Option 3
To use Jalan Rock for the relocation and unifi services that will cost at RM685K with the
Following condition:
- NAIM will do all the civil Work from Jalan Rock
- TM will lay Fiber Cable from Jalan Rock and along this new access road
- TM will install a new IPMSAN at nearby Jalan College Jalan Nangka to take over all
distribution Cable at this area
Challenges: Very much depending on NAIM decision on the new road access.
