INTRODUCTION-
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND-
I studied my secondary school education from Vyomayana Samstha Vidyalaya,
Koraput and scored a CGPA of 6.6 in the year 2015. In pursuit of further growth
and study enhancement, I relocated to Visakhapatnam, India to pursue my
senior secondary education in the year 2017 from Vikas Vidyaniketan,
Vishakhapatnam in the course of BiPC(Biology,Physics and Chemistry) as a
mainstream for me, and secured 62%.
This advancement and my personal interest towards the Biology and Anatomy
of Human body, kept me enthralled to pursue a course such as Physiotherapy,
Biomedical Engineering etc. Post pre-cursor checks and research and the
overgoing demand for the need of Physiotherapy, got my attention to pursue
Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy as my graduation from Lovely Professional
University. I completed my education in the year 2022. Having located from a
different geography and few hiccups during the initial days of my journey in the
university, I was a little overwhelmed and I was having difficulty in
understanding the course due to which my CGPA in the initial semesters was
less.
But as time passed on I focused and I started to improve my scores in the next
semesters of my course. I also participated in various extracurricular activities
in the university. I made a project on "Harmful effects of smoking on lungs with
my team in science exhibition". I also did a Capstone Project with my classmates
which was a case study titled – "Multimodal Manual therapy is a solution for
Osteoarthritis"
WHY CANADA?
Meanwhile I was doing my research for further higher education; I found out
that Canada is the most suitable country for my future endeavours, Canada is
a country of academic excellence with a lot of opportunities for research.
Along with, the fee of the college was in my budget, so it was very affordable.
The education system of Canada also focuses more on skill development.
Moreover, Canada is very safe and friendly for international students as well.
Canadian institutions consistently rank best among the world. It is the home
of many international students it will be a great
opportunity for me to meet different kind of people and learn about their
culture.
Apart from that, During my internship I also got an opportunity to work with
the medical superintendent of the administrative office. At this time, I got a
chance to gain an experience in the field and came to know about a lot of
problems faced by the departments and patients which drew my interest in
this field. I felt that by doing this program I can gain some knowledge from a
more developed healthcare system such as Canada’s which I can apply in the
healthcare system of my country. Furthermore, this developed my interest in
healthcare administration course.
FINANCIAL BACKGROUND-
As my parents are well educated so since my childhood, they had done
savings for my further education so this is the reason that I have paid my
one-year fees and GIC which amount CAD:16000 and GIC CAD: 10200 and
for my second year they have planned everything. My parents had
deposited the amount in form of fixed deposit. My father has two FD with
STATE BANK OF INDIA which amount is INR: 682571.00 and INR:
685182.00 and there are two other fixed Deposit on my mother’s name
which is INR: 1657499.00 and INR: 1674973.00. Moreover, we also have
different properties in India. Which market value is now INR: 29547000
moreover, my father also have saving of INR: 3896793.00 In his account
and mother’s account is also credited with INR: 3886422.00.My father and
mother account is credited with INR: 1560801.85 and INR: 1739590.39
respectively and amount of both account is overall INR: 3300392.24.
FUTURE CAREER-
After completing my degree in Healthcare administration, I will came back to
India and look forward to joining a job as a Program manager, Healthcare
Operations Manager, Training and Healthcare administrator or a clinical
coordinator. In India, there are many distinguished organisations which are
giving jobs in healthcare administration. I look forward to joining institutions
like- RBMI Group of institutions, India; National Health Systems Resource
Centre, New Delhi; Zenheal Wellness Private Ltd; Bengaluru; Clinton Health
Access Initiative, Inc; Amazon.com,Inc and many more esteemed institutions.
After gaining some years of experience in the field, I will look forward to join a
senior post in the field. With the experience I would gain, I would like to
improve and grow the company I will be in at that time. My education will
help me gain experience at an international level and utilize it in my country.
CONCLUSION
I have chosen Canada to learn in depth knowledge about health care
principles and will return to my home country to implement the skills and
knowledge that I shall learn in Canada further personal growth and my family
is enough capable to support me financially during my study and stay in
Canada.
