I. LEARNING PROCEDURE
A. Preliminary Activities (3 Minutes)

B. Review (2 Minutes)
Indicator 5: Maintain learning environment that promote fairness, respect, and care to
encourage learning.
The teacher will have a brief review about The Fable and Parable. Then, she will ask these questions
politely and softly to the students. In asking the questions, the teacher will be more encouraging to
create a nurturing environment for the students despite the differences that the students have.

C. Motivation (5 minutes)
Indicator 1: Apply knowledge of content within and across curriculum.
The teacher will show a picture and the students will guess what it is.

Progressivism focuses on developing the student’s moral compass. I wanted students to learn
through action and being involved in the processes that will get to the end product and also
wanted the students to work on hands-on projects so learning would take place, rather than
memorization.
After the activity, the teacher will ask the following questions:
1. Among the structures presented which one are you using? (videos,images,text.animation,audio)

The teacher will introduce the objectives. She will let the students read the objective.
D. ACTIVITY
Indicator 2: Display use of Mother Tongue and English to Facilitate teaching and learning.
Indicator 3: Use effective verbal and non-verbal classroom communication strategies to
support learner understanding, participation, engagement, and achievement.
Indicator 5: Maintain learning environments that promote fairness, respect and care to
encourage learning.
Indicator 6: Maintain learning environments that nurture and inspire learners to participate,
cooperate and collaborate in continued learning.
Indicator 9: Adapt and use culturally appropriate teaching strategies to address the needs of
the learners from indigenous groups.
The students will be grouped into 4, and each group will be given Marker and Paper. Jumbled letters
and definition will be flashed on the screen. Every group will write their answer on the given paper
and raise it.
Constructivism is the theory that says learners construct knowledge rather than just
passively take in information. As people experience the world and reflect upon those
experiences, they build their own representations and incorporate new information into
their pre-existing knowledge (schemas).
Assimilation refers to the process of taking new information and fitting it into an existing schema.
Accommodation refers to using newly acquired information to revise and redevelop an existing schema.

E. ANALYSIS
The students will be group into 4, and each group will be given Jumbled letters a table is presented
below. Every group will be given 3 minutes to arrange and paste it in the board. There are jumbled
letters on the first column; its definition on the second column; and the group have to choose the
correct / exact words on the third column. 2 minutes to present their output.
Guide Questions:
This time, the teacher will ask the students how important the Use of Multimedia and its format in their
daily lives as students. And how these multimedia will help them in the future academic references.
1. Have you tried using any of the multimedia in making projects? How does it feel?
2. Give creative multimedia presentation that you have watched? What lessons have you
learned?
3. How important is the use of multimedia to enhancing your ICT skills?
G. APPLICATION

The students will be group into 4, and each group will choose a multimedia format to creatively
present the adaption of any FABLE story. Each group will be given 10 minutes to talk and find their
chosen story and create their format. The group will be given 2-3 minutes on their presentation.

Direction: Create an mp4-video format adaptation of any stories from your cultures, religions,
belief, Integrate text, audio clips and image file to your video presentation.
If the learner has no computer and internet to work on with, the teacher will ask the learner to
create his/her output the other way. For example, creating a story board, designing flash
cards, and the like.
NOTE: Always cite the sources of any imported audio clips and images; copy and paste the URL
address to your video file.
