<> Visual check for material accumulations and dirts remove material accumulations or dirts X
<> surface cleaning of the drive aggregate and electrical components X
1.1. General checks
<> Overall check-up Check for sound condition daily before start of work shift. X
<> Check for cleanliness Clean if necessary. X
<> Thorough cleaning Use scraper, brush and compressed air for cleaning. X
<> Check to detect incrustation inside the grinding compartment Eliminate incrustations with mechanical tools. X
<> Checking the arrangement of hammers Apply a straight-edge in axial direction in order to check the wearing state. X
<> Check the beater bar fixtures on either sides X
2. Steel structures and fasteners (screws, bolts etc.)
<> Check for corrosion all 6 months; damage to the paint must be eliminated according to the paint specification
<> Check for: -Deformations every 6 months
-Slack connection and loose bolted joints detected during visual examination
-Visual defects of welded joints
<> check all connecting elements such as screws, nuts, bolts etc. for tight fit 100 operating hours after commissioning, then every 200 operating hours; if necessary, retighten
<> check all fastening bolts and nuts every 2-3 days; retighten, if necessary
3. Machine casing
<> Check the general condition X
<> Check for dust tightness X
4. Motor BTPC 355 D
<> Grease change of the bearing every 11000 operating hours
<> General inspection The frequency of the inspections depends on the motor type and on the application conditions.
• Check the motor periodically
• Keep the motor clean and assure free air flow.
• Check the seals or V Ring and replace them, if required.
• Check the connections as well as supporting screws.
• Check the bearings and observe: Any excessive noise, vibration, bearing temperature and grease condition.
• When a change, under normal conditions, is detected, check the motor and replace the required parts.
5. V-belts
4 times after commissioning weekly, then monthly; if necessary adjust the v-belt;
<> Check for correct v-belt tension; restress if necessary X
<> Check the general condition
6. Rotor bearings
<> Check the bearing temperature
<> Check for strange running noises Disassemble if necessary X
<> Lubrication See lubrication plan. The outlet opening of external bearinp must not get dry.
<> Relubrication See lubrication plan
7. Wearing parts and Bolted joints
<> Check the bolted joints of baffle plates for firm seat Retighten if necessary X
<> Check the bolted joints of machine casing parts for firm seat Retighten if necessary X
<> Check the tensioning edges for bearing fixture for firm seat Retighten if necessary X
<> Check for assessment of general condition of fixture X
<> Check the bolted joints of wearing parts for firm seat, X
