Coping Mechanisms

I believe my coping mechanisms would be that a nap or listen to music. I believe that taking a
nap helps my body to relax. Its also said that when we sleep all the stress systems in our body are
damped down, letting it relax. And when I wake up it helps me to think more clearly about the
problem.
And I also think listening to music also helps me because sometimes by diverting my mind from
the problem helps me calm does and make me think of a solution to the problem. Listening to
music with slow tempo helps keep my mind quiet and relax.
