Reflection

One of the key elements that is crucial in picking up a career is skill set. Everyone have special
skills that can be leveraged to develop a career of your choose. One can design a profession
using skills that suit this personality. Knowing your strengths cam assist on making career path.
Having a strengths such as receptive, reliable and charismatic helped me mot to lose sight of my
goals. A person have both strengths and weaknesses. A thing that I learned from this is to be
always be focused and driven and always be up for a challenge. I totally agree with the strengths
and weakness I received by doing the personality test, it made me know myself better. I truly
think the results I got are accurate.
